Bathroom Staples 03 - Heat Protection Spray

Heat Defender, Naked Style
Heat Defender, Naked Style
I've tried many, many heat protection products unsuccessfully in the past. From the horribly cheap to the ridonkulously expensive. They either left my hair feeling a bit sticky regardless of how little I used or they would smell so chemically that I could barely breath!

Lime Lip Salve, Simply Soaps - Review

Lime Lip Salve*
Last year Simply Soaps kindly sent me a few of their products. Their Peppermint & Oats soap (see my review here) remains one of my favourite soaps. As well as soaps, they offer various other skincare and bathing products such as this Lime Lip Salve. It smells so refreshingly juicy that I have to hold back from stuffing myself with fruity sweets.

GUEST POST | My Little Mumkin, Lush - Review

This weeks guest post is from Jo from She Wears Burgundy, a beauty and lifestyle blogger who I've been following for a while now.  With Mother's Day just around the corner, Jo has been checking out Lush's new products and created a fab review just in time.
If you've ever visited my blog before, you’ll notice that recently I have rekindled my love for all things Lush. Not that my adoration ever really left, but over the last few weeks I have been enjoying their products more and more.

Birthday Wishlist

I'm 26 on the 19th!  Ahhhhh!  I'll be 30 next.  Yikes.

I have actually already had my birthday present this year. My dad bought me a Kindle 4 towards the beginning of the year to cheer me up so I've already told my parents that I do not want anything else from them but that doesn't stop me wishing.

GUEST POST | Relationship Changes

Welcome to the first of (hopefully) many guest posts. I am very excited to introduce Nicole from Upbeats Uplifts. I hope you enjoy this thought-provoking post and be sure you check out her blog.
Lately I have been thinking a lot about all the different people that come in and out of someone's life and obviously my own. As I was doing so I couldn't help but become a little down, I guess I had never really given it much thought. It seemed as if more people were going out of my life than staying. I began to question why it appeared to be this way and I started to question if it was something wrong with me. And then it hit me like a ton of bricks; Nichole, everything that happens in life has a purpose, you know this.
