I am the kind of person who takes tea to uni with me and always has tea in my bag just in case. I have tried many brands over the years so when friends and family ask unusual flavour recommendations, I send them straight to the Bluebird Tea Co website.

Manuka Honey Daily Moisturiser, Good Things
This time last year I had just completed 4 months of gruelling farm work in Australia. (Read the farm series here) I packed extremely light so had ran out of moisturiser long before. Each day I'd return to the hostel caked in orange mud and dust. I knew I needed a decent moisturiser at a backpackers budget stat so picked up a Manuka Honey Daily Moisturiser by Good Things.

Mr Nutcase Marble Phonecase - Review + 20% Discount

I might be a bit late on the bandwagon, but I adore marble. When I was younger I found a cracked piece of white marble with blue and grey veins which I kept in my bedroom for years and now my partner is a stonemason/tiler. Coincidence? I think not. Well... Maybe. Haha!

An Evening in with Love Chin Chin - Review

Now we are well and truly into Autumn, nothing beats a warm and cosy night in. We all love 'Netflix and chill' but if you're anything like me, it should really be called 'Netflix and chill and snacks'. Instead of the usual salty snacks and fruit I opt for, (I already know I'm weird) I tried out a selection of West African snacks from Love Chin Chin.

Summer Styling Tips: Ankle Boots, JD Williams

I was recently introduced to JD Williams, a brand that is quite well known yet unfamiliar to me. They do a vast selection of ankle boots, including several pretty faux leather animal-friendly options. I was lucky enough to pick their Heavenly Soles Ankle Boots and I love them! They have fast become my favourite fashion focus piece to wear this summer, especially as they are so versatile. Boots in the summer? Yes, you can!

2000 Trees Festival 2016 / Highlights & Photos

If there is one thing the UK does brilliantly, it's music festivals. This year one of my partners favourite bands The King Blues were playing at a local festival so I grabbed up some bargain day tickets and headed to 2000 Trees on the edge of the Cotswold's.
2000 Trees celebrated it's 10th Birthday this year and is home to lot's of new and underground acts. If you like undiscovered indie, rock and heavy metal then this is the one for you.

Let The Good Times Roll Cleanser, Lush - Review

When I read Hailey's guest post about her skincare routine which she wrote for me a long time ago now (click here to read), I knew I had to get myself a pot of Let The Good Times Roll, a fresh gentle exfoliating cleanser from Lush. When I first heard about this I wasn't too fussed but Hailey sold it to me and I'm glad she did.

Why I'm voting to stay IN the EU and why you should too.

So I am voting to stay in the EU. In fact I already have voted because I do a postal vote. To me it seemed the only logical vote. This is one of the most important events we get a say in so please, if it is the only thing you ever vote for, get down to your local polling station on Thursday 23rd June.

GUEST POST | Is Time Running Out for Analogue?

It has been long overdue since I have had a guest blogger. Meet Becky from The Lifestyle Blogger UK. Today she's talking analogue. Enjoy!

I have such a love for watches, mainly analogue to be honest but even so, big, small, statement watches or ones just to tell the time on, I love them all and have a collection to prove it!
So, when I came across the Time Telling Initiative run by DiscountWatchStore.com, I just felt I had to write about it, I came over all inspired!

Chocolate Mint Matcha Mousse (Vegan & gluten free) | Recipe

Regular readers will know that I'm a tea fanatic (fanaTEAic?) so it is no surprise that I adore using matcha in various recipes. I especially love iced green tea lattes on sunny days but there is so much more to matcha than simply drinking it, so I've decided to take part in the #SummerOfMatcha recipe challenge with EatCleanTea.

When it comes to chocolate orange, I have a problem. So much so that I created a tag dedicated to the combo. Whilst I obviously love the taste, it is the smell that really drives me wild so when I got my hands on Lulu & Boo's new Chocolate Orange Cleansing Oil, I couldn't wait to open it up to enjoy the smell and more importantly to see how well it does the job.

If I Wrote A Blog 15 Years Ago

If I Wrote A Blog 15 Years Ago
A while ago I read a post about what topic a blogger would have covered if they had written it 15 years ago. I cannot remember who wrote this so if you remember reading/writing that post please let me know so I can give them credit.
So, 15 years ago would make 2001. After careful consideration, here is what 13 year old Tea in the Tub would have been all about. Prepare yourself for a time-warping read!

Freshly Picked Taste and Steamed Green Tea, Twinings - Review

A day without tea is like a day without sunshine. Nothing can relax or invigorate me like a cup of tea. When your day is manic, the simple notion of sipping a fresh cup can make the clouds clear. Twinings are a brand that evolved my fondness for all things tea so it has been an honour to sample and share with you my thoughts on a couple of their newest editions.

Quite Random Birthday Wishlist #2

Shoreditch Vaporisers & E-Liquids - Review + Discount Code

Today I'm talking about the controversial topic of vaping. I am not and have never been a smoker or indeed a vaper but I totally support those who do vape. My partner smoked for 10 years+ and during our time in Australia he decided it was time he quit. He tried nicotine gum, mouth sprays, going cold turkey, each resulting in returning to smoking. I lost two grandparents to lung cancer so I fully supported each of his attempts.

Williamson Tea - A 'Proper' Tea Review

Williamson Tea*
Williamson Tea*
I love tea. Yes, I know that's stating the obvious but just because I love it doesn't mean there are things I dislike about it. Many mainstream brands sneakily get away with calling their drink 'tea' when really it's more like flavoured dust in a bag, a far flung, distant cousin of what tea should be. Today let me introduce you to good 'proper' tea. Williamson Tea creates both loose leaf and bags of loose tea how it is meant to be. Wholesome leaves stuffed full into biodegradable temple bags. Another thing I dislike with a cup of regular builders brew is that distinct aftertaste left in your mouth. Finally! Williamson Tea has made an after-taste-free drink. Instead you have a fresh tasting breakfast tea (or afternoon, evening or sneaky late-night tea) with no funny business.

Doing my Regional Farmwork in Australia: Part 3
At last, the long overdue final instalment of my gruelling Aussie farmwork tales. We left off with me getting a glorious (not even being sarcastic) job at a potato farm sorting potatoes. I was there for 6 weeks and loved it.

The Vegan Kind Beauty Box - Review

Hello! It's been a while since I posted but I'm safe and sound back in the UK and have more time to blog. While I was in New Zealand, I signed up to the November edition of The Vegan Kind beauty subscription box. I'm already a fan of their regular monthly box but thought my beauty cupboard needed some new things for me to enjoy when I arrived back home and everyone loves surprised in the post (Hence this review is very overdue). The beauty box is quarterly so is better for me financially, especially when the products inside are worth so much more
