Things I've Loved in February

Welcome to another consistently inconsistent edition of things I have been loving recently.
A new month means new naive promises about blogging more often but we all know the likelihood of that! So sit back, relax and enjoy.
Vegan Creme Eggs - #FabFudge

#FabFudge - My most favourite sweet treat company announced they were making solid vegan creme eggs! Creme eggs were my favourite chocolate so I am happy to know that I won't be missing out on these as a vegan. When making my order, I couldn't resist adding in the new recipe white chocolate raspberry fudge. My order actually arrived today so stay tuned for a review.
If you like proper, authentic fudge then do check out their site.

Preacher, Amazon Prime
Preacher, Amazon Prime
Preacher - At Christmas a friend suggested Preacher, a series based on a graphic novel, on Amazon Prime. Knowing my friend has good taste (he has me as a friend so having taste is obvious), I watched the pilot. A gun welding preacher, a vampire, hilarious angels, a kindhearted Hitler, a cowboy from the 1800's and the ultimate search for God. This show draws you in with its unique style, blaspheme and humour. I have just finished the season 2 finale and cannot wait for season 3.

Reflexology Treatment

Starting Reflexology - As part of my Complementary Healthcare degree, I am learning level 5 reflexology. I thought it would be interesting but I didn't realise just how interesting it is. I love it! Reflexology is challenging and I cannot wait to learn more and gain my qualification.

La La Land
La La Land
La La Land - I am veeeeerrry late on the bandwagon because I HATE musicals. Something intrigued me and watching a trailer totally hooked me (Ryan Gosling). I loved La La Land so much that I was looking at flights to revisit LA straight after. If only I had a spare £200 (yep, I found return flights for just slightly over £200!). I also whipped my keyboard out of the attic to learn the beautiful piano score. I was not expecting the ending and was also surprised to find that this is a remake.

Enjoying my prize - In January I won a vegan fitness bundle by one of my favourite vegan bloggers Hannah, from Moving Scouse. I was about to buy some new protein goodies this was perfect timing. I am training for my second Tough Mudder so it's very important for my nutrients to match my exercise. I have been attending regular HIIT and weight classes at the gym so the chocolate protein has really been helping prevent soreness. Check out her gorgeous Instagram.

Ellis Woolley Tote Bags

Ellis Woolleys' Tote Bag Kickstarter - Ellis started a Kickstarter project to make some super cute canvas tote bags. I am thrilled that she surpassed her goal. Seeing small businesses do so well is great and only wish I wasn't so broke else I would definitely be becoming the new proud owner of the Avocado bag. Check out her shop here.

I have a lot of exciting things happening in March. It's my 30th Birthday and I will be seeing Flight of the Conchords live!
