The Melting Snowman Bath Melt, Lush -Review

Melting Snowman

We all know I’m a huge Lush fan and I’m slowly learning that I’m a lover of the subtle in-shop smells.  Much like the Floating Island Bath Melt (review here), The Melting Snowman also has a scent which does not stand out in the shop.  The aroma doesn’t truly come alive until it is in the bath and wow!  If you are a fan of Christmasy spicyness then this is the one for you.  You’d be a Scrooge not grab one of these.

The Melting Snowman is a luxurious melt that you plop into a hot bath and watch as it turns your water into a milky white lagoon.  It’s chock-a-block full of cocoa and shea butter as well as almond oil with the glorious scent of a wintery hot toddy drink – cinnamon and clove bliss (and patchoili, sweet orange, lime and so on).

With all these amazing essential oils, I can guarantee that you will not need to follow up with any body lotions as this product is very hydrating.  My skin was so soft and smooth the following day despite not using any other products post-snowman.  This year will be no different to last year and I shall be stocking up to use when I want extra moisturising.  Overall, The Melting Snowman is a great way to spend an evening when the weather outside is frightful but the bath is so delightful.

What do you think of this seasons limited edition Lush products?  How do you like to spend chilly nights in?

I love LUSH their products are perfect stocking fillers. I'm going to have to get myself one and pop some in my little cousins stocking filler!

I spend my chilly nights in surrounded by candles and wrapped in my faux fur blanket with some nice mint tea 🙂

    LaaLaa xo

That sounds amazing. I've seen some really nice faux fur throws but think I'll buy a cute fleece one instead.
They are amazing stocking fillers and great for getting smelling children in the bath haha.

Yeeeesss! If you like cinnamon, hot toddys or spicy mulled drinks then this is the perfect scent. Like I said, it's also full of oils and butters so will leave your skin ready for bed without moisturising. Certainly worth grabbing one next time you are near a Lush.

There are so many to choose from. It's one of my favourite shops. When people don't know what to get me for presents I just tell them anything from Lush because then they can't go wrong.
