Super Extreme Spending Ban!!!
Maybe I’m weird (who am I kidding? There’s definitely no ‘maybe’ about that), but I get excited when a pot I’ve been using runs empty. I love the feeling of finishing something and chucking it into the recycling. Probably because I am very sad and have no life.
Since I’ve implemented my ban, I’ve finished several mini shower gels, Ruth Romano bath salts, Soap & Glory Calm One Calm All bubble bath, Soap & Glory The Righteous Butter, REN Hot Cloth Cleanser and a few other things I’ve lost track of. I know that if I hadn’t banned myself from buying more then these products would still be sitting half empty (half full?) in my cupboard.
I am also trying to implement this ban into my awful tea buying habit. I have over 30 (no kidding) different types of tea. I have a serious problem and I admit that I failed and purchased some beautiful Twinings Salted Caramel Green Tea. However I redeemed myself on a recent 48 hour trip to Spain by picking up a box of delicious tea and putting it back down. Wow, achievement!
Are you a weirdo too who gets great pleasure from finishing things? Haha!

I'm struggling with the same things. Currently I have about 20 types of tea and 15 types of bath products at home. Not more, because I've been trying to buy less recently…
Excellent haha! You'll have to start using them up.
GOOD for you! i just cannot do it, as my make up products always seem to run out at once etc it's awful! xx
Blonde of carbs
Try! I also find that everything decides to run out at the same time… Except shampoo and conditioner. Why does conditioner ALWAYS run out first? Haha.
I am useless at spending bans. I get that feeling when I have finished a product too, it's the same with the Empties posts x
I love it. Just finished off a conditioner and body butter. Yay.
I'm the same, I always somehow end up with too many products and now I'm doing my best to use them all up. Good luck with finishing your tea 😉
Velvet Blush
I'm slooooowly whittling my collection down. Including the tea!
