Bohemian soap, Lush – Review

Bohemian soap, Lush
Bohemian soap, Lush

Call me old fashioned but I love a solid soap. None of that liquid soap business. For Christmas I received a gift box containing a bar of Bohemian soap. Sadly this remained in my backpack for almost 2 and a half months until I settled in a place in Melbourne and was finally about to use it.
Thanks to Lush, gone are the days where solid soaps leave your hands feeling grippy and tight.

Bohemian leaves your hands clean, lemony and best of all, actually soft!!! This is probably because it it made using rapeseed and coconut oil. Treats for your skin.

In fact I found this soap so softening that I did something I never, ever do. I promoted this soap from the sink to the shower. It lathers up and softens well that this works as a rather good body wash.

Bohemian is yellow with bits of white and on first appearances alone it is easy to overlook amongt the brightly coloured soaps sitting next to it. I should know better as from my Lush experience, its usually the simpler looking products which I love the most.

I’ve tried many soaps from Lush now and whilst they all smell amazing, none are as silky smooth as this newly discovered classic.

Have you tried Bohemian? Which is your favourite Lush soap?

I think soaps have a bad rep due to the drying, bad smelling ones everyone grew up with but Bohemian is just so silky. I love it.
